Terms and Condition :
The packages price and benefit are valid for two adults.
Period Validity of packages starting on 1 January 2010 until to 31 December 2010.
Extension night is USD 295 ++ on Royal Pool Villa and USD 275 ++ on Deluxe Pool Villa.
Cut off date is 7 days on low seasons, 14 days on high seasons and 30 days on peak season.
High Season Period (15 July - 31 August) : USD 50 net per night per villa.
Peak Season Period (21 December - 5 January) : USD 80 net per night per villa.
50% deposit is required by 7 days on low season, 14 days on high seasons and 30 days on peak season.
50% of total payment is charged for cancellation occurred after cut of date, and full charge is billed for cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.
The rate subject to 21% government tax & service charge.
